Bidding for a Custom Ride with NJRC Co-Founders

Those attending the silent auction portion of the Friends of the Princeton Public Library Benefit on Friday, Oct. 28 at 7:45 p.m. will have the chance to bid on a customized ride with two or more New Jersey Road Club co-founders. The package includes two cycling jerseys from Kopp's Cycle (the nation's oldest bike shop), a route designed specifically to suit the interests and abilities of the successful bidders, customized cue sheets and holder and a post-ride lunch at the library's Open Book Café. All proceeds benefit Princeton Public Library. The benefit features at 6:30 p.m. talk by acclaimed author Russell Banks ("Afflication," "The Sweet Hereafter"), introduced by Nobel laureate and Oprah Winfrey fave Toni Morrison, at Nassau Presbyterian Church, 61 Nassau St., Princeton.
